Technical Account Manager Your new companyFamily Food manufacturing company from Dungannon who have been operating for over 55 years and continue to grow from strength to strength. Due to expansion they require a Technical Account Manager to join their team. Your new roleOverseeing the Technical customer account base. Assisting with customers technical requests and taking care of any technical issues. Building strong relationships with Key customer Stakeholders. Striving to provide exceptional customer experience. Managing customer expectation and leading them to Customer satisfaction. Keeping track of Key account metrics and Customer COP's. Managing Key interactions with customers and outside agencies/Suppliers particularly with respect to the effective receipt, logging, investigation, reporting and trending of customer complaints, defect reports and Quality alerts or enquiries. Ensuring Customers audit protocol is strictly adhered to throughout the site.What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in Food safety and Quality. You will be able to handle Customer Complaints/Requests and provide a positive outcome. You will also have a Food based qualification. What you'll get in return
