You are leading the team of Service Performance Specialists ( with focus on e2e quality of services and quality of experience) inside the TIO Operations department.

The team main responsibilities are to follow, monitor, continuously improve the Quality of Services (Mobile/Fixed/IT) for our customers.

In your role you are supporting the team in providing the recommendations and advices towards other teams and management on how the Services (mobile/fixed/IT) can be improved to ensure the best experience for our customers. You are creating awareness to the stakeholders about these topics and their link to customer satisfaction.
