ROLE - Senior Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition- Hybrid role
You will be joining a growing internal recruitment team focusing on the technology markets and placing across the UK. Their product initiative will see exponential growth in the coming years and a significant increase in headcount. You will ideally have a change management/technology recruitment background and be able to evidence managing stakeholder expectations and handling multiple vacancy demands. The role will be 40% on managing and developing the team and recruiting.
CANDIDATE - Senior Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition - Hybrid role
You will need to be an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, be accustomed to working on recruitment campaigns and have a thorough understanding of sourcing techniques and stakeholder management. Ideally with 5-10 years experience working within talent acquisition. Experience in recruiting in the Technology / change management space is also ideal.
