We are recruiting for a Sales Support Exec for an industry leading, international company based in Ampthill (Bedfordshire) on ideally a temp to perm basis to get someone in and started quicker, but would look at permanent for the perfect candidate. The aim of this role will be to be a point of contact between the sales teams, customers, services and warehouse, ensuring that customer orders are being processed and moved along in a timely manner. This could be a fantastic route into a stable company for someone with good sales administration and order processing experience. This position will be a full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm position, hybrid working is available with 4 days in and 1 remote, with some more flexibility when needed. This is a great role with a growing company, if this begun as a temp it would be an hourly rate to the same value, but the salary is between £25k and £30k. Duties to include: Primary focus is on ensuring orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis Checking of stock, updating of all in-house systems as required Liaison with internal departments to arrange deliveries and installations Liaison with customers via email and telephone Liaison with suppliers via phone and email Invoicing orders once processedSkills required: Background in customer service or sales support and working as part of a team Usage of previous ERP systems will be hugely beneficial Proven skills in multi-tasking and taking ownership of workload Able to thrive in a busy office environment, exhibit a sense of urgency, flexibility and high work standards Computer literate High degree of attention to detail First class organisational skills with a proactive approachPlease do not hesitate to call and speak to Bobby on (phone number removed), we are recruiting for this position immediately and looking to book in interviews.
