• Support senior/principal consultants and the Director in identifying and developing new business relationships.
• Consulting clients on the recruitment process and responding to their needs.
• Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates within our sector.
• Supporting the recruitment process from interview to offer.
• Offer management and negotiation.
• Networking to build business information.
• You will organize interviews and manage candidates through this process, as well as mediating between clients and negotiating contracts.
• Attracting candidates by using a wide range of media, head-hunting techniques, through referrals and general networking techniques.
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates and matching selected candidates to vacancies.
• Learning and developing sales and marketing techniques to develop networking and business development techniques that attract business from client companies across the UK and worldwide.
• Working in a close-knit team to ensure all opportunities in the market are explored and delivered on to maximize revenue into the business.
