Evolve is recruiting for a fast-growing Life Science organisation developing next generation medical technology.As part of their growth, our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Quality Compliance Associate to play a vital role in supporting the development and maintenance of their Quality Management Systems.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) at their head office in North West London, and has excellent progression opportunities available to establish a fantastic career in this industry!

Ideal Requirement

  • You will have experience in Quality Compliance and QMS within Medical Devices.
  • Experience of working with Quality Management Systems / ISO certification maintenance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA, IVDR, GMP and GLP.
  • Experience of working within either a project or process driven environment.
  • Experience in writing QA documents, especially Standard Operating Procedures and forms.
  • Experience with performing and managing risk assessments and internal audits.
  • Experience of managing deviations, non-conformances and CAPAs.
  • An understanding of COSHH and Health and Safety regulations (desirable).

Role Responsibilities

  • To support with the effective management of compliance with ISO 13485:2016 certification.
  • Supporting the operation of Quality Management System including, labelling, validation activities (including equipment qualification/calibration), change control, non-conformance, root cause analysis, risk assessments and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), KPIs.
  • Writing, reviewing, releasing, and distributing Quality System Documents.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the various databases (excel sheets).
  • Plan and conduct Internal audits.
  • Supporting with supplier quality management process.
  • Preparing training material and carrying out in-house training.
  • Promote QA activities, fostering an excellent working relationship across the company.
  • Any other duties to support company business activities as required.
  • Receiving in-coming goods, checking, and recording them in stock system.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels for all products and consumables.
  • Control the movement of all goods between R&D, production, and secondary sites.
  • Responsible for correct shipment of goods out.

  • Hands on approach and happy to get stuck in with aspects outside their daily responsibilities.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Keen eye for detail.
