Interaction Accountancy and Finance are actively representing a well established SME in their search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team based near Kimbolton. Working within an established team, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all aspects of Purchase Ledger in a busy and fast paced environment. Duties include: Inputting invoices Reconciling supplier statements and process for payment Prepare payment run Set up new accounts Log supplier payments Intrastat submission Process expenses and credit card claims Manage the purchase ledger inbox Applications are invited from individuals with the following skills and experience: Proven track record within a purchase ledger role Must be able to work in a busy, high volume team Able to work well to given deadlines Ability to work with high attention to detail Team player with a flexible attitude Other adhoc duties to support the team This role is an office based position, with the occasional day from home, due to the location of the office, own transport is essential.
