Description

The key responsibilities for this permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant role are:

  • Logging invoices
  • GRN'ing delivery dockets
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assisting with invoice/account queries
  • Requesting invoices/delivery dockets/statements from suppliers
  • Liaising with colleagues regarding queries on purchase orders, invoices etc.
  • Filing/Scanning/Photocopying
  • Chasing for invoice sign offs
  • Opening post
  • Telephone answering

  • Be attentive to detail and able to resolve problems
