- Logging invoices
- GRN'ing delivery dockets
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with invoice/account queries
- Requesting invoices/delivery dockets/statements from suppliers
- Liaising with colleagues regarding queries on purchase orders, invoices etc.
- Chasing for invoice sign offs
- Opening post
- Telephone answering
The successful candidate will:
- Be computer literate
