Property Service Administrator - days
St Ives, Cambridgeshire
£19.5k per year
Are you a problem solver? A fixer? A people person (even when those people may not be at their best)? Are you looking for a working environment where you can be yourself? Where you can unleash your individuality and use it to give our customers an experience to remember? Where you can work with a mix of wonderful and supportive colleagues and be proud of what you do?
We want to hear from you!
About us and the role:
Elogbooks FM Ltd are a fast-paced and energetic business. We provide vital customer service & support to over 10,000 properties across the UK through cloud-based software backed up by a team of superheroes (yes we know that doesn't sound terribly exciting but read on .)
We are looking for a super-fixer to join our team where no two days are the same and every day is an opportunity to learn something new and problem solve (we love it when a plan comes together!)
If you have previous experience then that's great but it's really not necessary - Your own personal skills and strengths are more important as we provide full training on the industry, role and software
As a Property Support Administrator, you will support Facilities Managers and building occupiers who are based in the field (think Mission Control to Apollo 11 - That sounds more exciting doesn't it?)
Duties will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers in the field
- Logging issues and quote requests on the Internal System (providing reassurance & support)
- Keeping customers informed of progress
- Dealing with queries & chasing for updates
- Providing support to colleagues when things get crazy
- Providing unforgettable customer service that becomes the benchmark for every interaction that customer has for the rest of their consumer life
- Ensuring Service Centre KPI's are met
The role is heavily customer service-focused and requires an individual who can think quickly on their feet and be decisive in high-pressure situations. It's not quite 'big red button' pressure (we're not really NASA) but there are the occasional emergencies that need to be neutralized as quickly as possible. it's busy here but that just makes the day fly by faster, one thing is for sure - you won't be bored.
You will be able to multitask, operate well within a team and let your warm personality shine through on the phone.
We have nice modern offices (no robot butlers or anything but they're nice and up to date) great colleagues and a desire to be different. We offer enhanced parental leave, volunteer days, lifetime leave, training & development and other cool extras
Kind, supportive & fun are our watchwords here - There might be 100 of us but we are really just one big family and we are looking forward to finding the newest member - if you think that might be you then please let us know
Home/office based hybrid working is available in this role but you will be required to be office based initially for approximately 4 weeks for training.
Shift pattern: 37.5 per week on two rotating shift patterns (week one - 07:00-15:30 and week two 10:30-19:00)
Working 1 in 8 weekends (6 hours per day - with time off in lieu during the week)
