And this is where you come in. We re now looking for a part time Office Administrator to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients. The Role As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for: - General office administration responsibilities - Enquiries line & door answering where required - Accommodation/travel booking tickets via CW or email - Creating & updating process documents - Uniform ordering, stock control and distribution - Supporting staff events (Bookings/attendee management/admin/catering) - Meeting room booking management (resolving conflicts/visitor bookings) - Visitor experience (As and When required) Parking/catering/welcome screen/meet & greet - Staff stock ordering (refreshments/stationery etc) - General upkeep/maintenance reporting (booking repairs/additional cleaning etc) - Assist with local weekly/monthly fire alarm/emergency checks - Liaise with suppliers & contractors About You To join us as an Office Administrator you will need: - Excellent customer service skills - Good IT skills - Excellent time management and organisational skills - The ability to innovate and work to deadlines - The ability to work effectively independently and as a team player - Excellent writing skills and the ability to multi-task - Confident dealing with all levels of staff throughout the business - Great problem-solving abilities The Benefits - Attractive remuneration packages - Flexible, hybrid working - 25 days annual leave + bank holidays with the option to buy and sell up to 5 days.
