HappyJobsNI are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for our client. They are an energetic, young grouping of companies growing rapidly in the heating, electrical, renewables and air conditioning markets. They specialise in delivering services in both the domestic/ commercial and the public sector/ private sectors across the UK and Ireland. Due to the continued growth and internal changes, our client are recruiting for a Office/Accounts Administrator to join their busy accounts team. The role will be based either in our clients Newry office or Carryduff office. Can you demonstrate that you have excellent planning and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work? If so, then you could be perfect for my client. ---- The Role: In this Office Administrator role you will be primarily responsible for company administration specifically relating to the management of invoices, expenses and assisting the wider accounts team. ---- Responsibilities: Code, process and file high volumes of purchase invoices for multiple suppliers Check and reconcile supplier statements Raise credit queries Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers Processing of customer invoices and receipts to the Sales Ledger Processing invoices to other Group companies and agreeing month end balances Analysis and posting of employee expenses Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports Assist in the preparation of year end audit files for the company Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks Undertake any reasonable duties as requested by management---- The Candidate: To be the right person for this Office Administrator role you will ideally have direct experience working within a busy office environment within an administrative type role, however if you feel you have the transferable skills to work as an Office/Accounts Administrator, then we'd love to see your CV. ---- Requirements: 5 GCSE's (Grade C or above) - to include English and Maths Good communication skills Will have previous experience of the above and be able to process high volumes, whilst maintaining accuracy Be proficient in excel Good attention to detail is essential with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work alone or as part of a team Although not essential previous experience using an accounting/invoicing software package would be highly desirable ---- The Package: £18,000-£20,000 per annum, dependent on experience ---- Think that this Office Administrator role is the perfect job for you?
