We are looking for a Junior digital project manager who can drive website build projects through from initial concept to delivery. They will work with a range of automotive clients on several different projects and must be adept at managing and building client relationships and reporting on the status of projects across multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will be meticulously organised and enjoy using project management software (we use Clickup) to work in an iterative approach to project delivery.
Picking up a client from sales and helping manage their full project development life cycle
Curating full project timelines, sometimes with multiple work streams
Managing project support resource internally
Advising clients on cost, available resources, problems and solutions
Tracking the project deliverables and matching those with agreed deadlines
Reporting on success criteria for delivered projects to stakeholders by measuring results
Keeping track of latest digital campaign trends and analysing digital behaviour
Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones
Acting as the key contact for clients
Background in digital project management working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery
Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects
Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for IT, e-commerce and digital projects
Highly organised with a desire to see things running optimally.
