We want to deliver our ambition to be the biggest and best dairy company in the UK and Ireland, and our plans for further growth mean that we are now looking to recruit additional team members for our new Shared Service organisation in Telford; we are currently seeking an Internal Recruitment Advisor within the Hire To Retire department. Offering flexible hybrid (home and office) working. Your Key Tasks: Managing transactional Recruitment activity using workflows and instructions, ensuring completion within process timelines and Shared Service SLAs, including: Requisition management, vacancy advertising, candidate processing, interview coordination, offer confirmation & contract generation and new starters & internal movers Conducting recruitment planning calls and partnering with key stakeholders to design and deliver recruitment strategies Manage, administer and answer general recruitment enquiries, providing guidance on recruitment process and policy Ensuring clear audit trails by using clear and concise notes within the Recruitment & HR applicant tracking & case management systems Ensuring essential candidate documentation (e.g. Right To Work) is checked at assessment stage and logged accordingly Managing customer expectation and liaising with stakeholders using the most appropriate method of communication Promoting continuous improvement by challenging the 'status quo', seeking and recommending improved ways of working within Shared Service Supporting the wider HR team with key projects and activities (e.g. organisational design) Recruitment Advisor Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and demonstrable Customer Service experience is essential Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Internal recruitment experience is desired but not essential Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent High level of IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume environment is essential, with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise when needed to ensure deadlines are met High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to 'think outside the box' when under pressure Highly motivated In return for your passion, hard work and determination in providing outstanding service to our customers we offer: Competitive holidays Company Bonus Scheme Life Assurance Pension scheme Staff facilities including vending machines and canteen area Exclusive discounts on high street retailers, utilities, holidays and cinema tickets Health care cash plan: Hospital, dental and optical Training and development with career progression opportunities The Process for the Recruitment Advisor If you have the skills and experience in the above areas and would like to be considered for the role of Recruitment Advisor, please apply via the following link:
