The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a relationship-builder that will collaborate with Marvin business leaders on strategy while driving day to day HR excellence. The HRBP focuses on improving values-based practices, workforce relations, employee recruitment and retention, and holistic better-living practices including life engagement, work fulfillment, and growing the individual and the company.

Highlights of your role
Providing consultative support to management for the consistent and appropriate application of programs and practices
Ensuring the HR function's priorities and efforts are human centered and aligned to the execution of the business strategy
Exercising judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with employees and leadership
Ensuring the organization is developing and maintaining a robust and sustainable talent pipeline in all areas of the unit, including active participation and planning in the talent acquisition process
Affecting cultural change to one of a collaborative, high-performance and continually improving environment
Working closely with all in the Business Unit to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
You're a good fit if you have
Cultural savvy: able to discern key aspects of Marvin culture and maintain them
Innovative approach: able to identify and implement creative solutions
Strong influencing skills. Can take the lead in discussions, seeds ideas and cultivates and pursues opportunities that are in the best interests of the company
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Org. Development, or business-related field; Advanced Degree preferred
A minimum of five years experience in Human Resources working with varying levels of employees and management
Demonstrable track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives
