HR Advisor FTC 12 months Tyseley £28,000-£31,000 depending on experience We are searching for an experienced HR Advisor to join the business and build a career with our client based in Birmingham. This individual will work in all areas of the business to: Act as a first point of contact for all employees Be the primary contact and systems administrator for queries on our HR system, Mitrefinch and to assist in driving through the systems implementation Provide an effective HR advisor service relating to the employment lifecycle Co-ordinate HR recruitment Ensure accurate HR records on all employees including full-time, part-time, and hourly paid employees Assist the HR Manager in providing a comprehensive HR administration service Key Skills Proficient in MS Office Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent attention to detail Personal resilience and the capacity to work effectively and stay calm under pressure are essential Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality is essential The ability to work independently and problem solve Ability to meet deadlines promptly Excellent organisational ability Experience/Knowledge: CIPD qualification is desirable or relevant HR experience (Two years minimum) Experience in HR advisor and an understanding of HR processes A knowledge of HR systems would be a distinct advantage (Mitrefinch) including systems administration More information: Hours - 40.5 = Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 3pm Free onsite parking Social events Employee Assistance Programme 25 days annual leave
