My client, a supportive and rapidly expanding company with offices across the UK are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent hybrid basis.

Working from home 2-3 days per week and reporting into the Head of HR, Duties include:

  • Managing new starter and leaver processes,
  • Updating monthly payroll documentation and checking payslips,
  • Undertaking manual holiday and salary calculations,
  • Responding to payroll queries by telephone and email,
  • Monitoring sickness records,
  • Managing contractual changes and employee life cycle tasks for 500+ staff,
  • HR database management
  • Supporting the HR Director with projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Administration experience
  • Experience of HR admin tasks or Payroll admin tasks
  • Have strong attention to detail and be quick to pick up processes
