This 12 month contract is the perfect way to start a career within HR and assist the team across all levels of recruitment, on-boarding of new joiners, management of leavers, management of statutory leave, policy review and implementation and much more! Job Description: Dealing with all administration of new joiners, from preparation of offer documentation to first day meet and greet and inductions Support with the monthly payroll running and providing cover for absence Dealing with all administration in respect of employees of the Firm Updating data on Cascade (the integrated HR and Payroll system) Dealing with queries which come into the HR Inbox and providing a good customer service Running reports and queries and providing statistical information Reconciling holiday, sickness and ad hoc leave records Administration of some of the benefit schemes Assisting with recruitment Booking training sessions Supporting the HR Team with ad hoc tasks Person Specification: Must have a keen interest in building a career in HR Previous administration / office experience is essential Good communication and inter-personal skills Team player Professionalism and commitment Able to work on own initiative and manage a busy and often conflicting workload Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline environment A fine eye for detail High level of computer literacy, including a knowledge of building and using formulas in Excel Discretion and the ability to manage sensitive information Additional Information: Based in Leatherhead (Hybrid after training, 2 days wfh, 3 days in the office) 12 month fixed term contract (could become a permanent role) £25,000 Monday Friday, 9am 5:30pm Competitive Holiday Allowance & Holiday Purchase Scheme Firm funded Private Medical Insurance Pension (the employee minimum contribution is 3%, the employer minimum contribution is 6%) Group Income Protection Life Assurance Professional Subscriptions Long Service Gifts Recruitment Bonus Scheme Enhanced Maternity Pay & Paternity Pay Season Ticket Loan Bike Purchase Scheme Retirement Benefits Pre-retirement Financial Planning Annual Flu Jab Programme 360 Medical Assessments Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Eye Care Vouchers Microsoft Office Home Use Scheme Royal Albert Hall Free Tickets Discounted Theatre Tickets Tastecard Bupa Rewards Fresh Fruit Deliveries Dress Down Fridays Refer a friend and earn £100!
