Do you have experience in administration in the construction industry or scheduling engineers?

Our client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit a confident and experienced Senior Administrator - £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Desired Experience Includes -

  • Experience within a customer focused administrative / scheduling / planning role
  • Scheduling & planning of engineers / sub-contractors
  • Excellent accurate data entry skills
  • Issuing & raising of supplier invoices & purchase orders
  • Confident telephone manner with clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask along with a systematic approach to problem solving.
