A major global broadcast product manufacturer has a permanent job vacancy available for a Customer Support Engineer to join their team based in the South East, UK.

As a part of a responsive Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers in offering after sales support.


  • Providing technical and operational advice and support to customers
  • Logging and tracking calls on via an internal CRM system
  • Acting as a technical interface between customers and development engineers to ensure that issues are resolved
  • Installing, commissioning and providing initial training on new equipment
  • Customer site visits as and when needed
  • Developing specialised knowledge of products
  • Delivering customer product training

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving/diagnostic skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Windows and Networking
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Experience of working in customer support ideally within the Broadcast Industry or similar e.g. TV technology supply organization
