I've teamed up with an awesome tech startup that helps logistics, and first-mile delivery companies effortlessly manage their self-employed driver workforce through their tech-enabled platform/app.

They are on the hunt for a Customer Success/Account manager who can provide ongoing support to their clients and network with them.

The role:

  • Managing between 60/80 accounts
  • Developing exceptional relationships with existing clients going above and beyond to provide an exceptional service
  • Onboarding new clients onto the platform
  • Retention of existing clients, constant check ins, making sure they are getting the best out of the product.
  • Upselling on new products
  • Ideally looking for 3 years+ experience in Account management (SaaS desired but not required).


  • Company bonus (discretionary) - up to 10% of your annual salary
  • 5 weeks (25 days) annual leave + bank holidays
