Temporary customer service role for 2-3 months. Your new companyHays Office Support are currently working with a successful organisation based in York. Due to a project within the IT department, this organisation requires support to assist with answering calls for the IT team for a period of approximately 2-3 months.Your new roleWithin your role you will handle calls from various members of staff to help to assist them with basic queries regarding the implementation of new security software within the organisation. You will log any issues people are having and pass theses to the relevant team to resolve. You will help the team by answering basic queries and troubleshooting simple issues people may be experiencing. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed you will be computer literate with a basic understanding of IT systems. You will have strong communication skills and be confident speaking on the phone. This role is full time however part time applicants will also be considered if you are able to work between the core hours 9:00 - 15:00. The full time working hours are 8:30 - 17:30. What you'll get in returnIn return you will be given training and support. You will be based in a comfortable office space within a friendly team. You will be paid on a weekly basis. This role offers 40 hours per week. The company have on site parking and are based close to the centre of York. They are also accessible via bus routes.
