We are delighted to be working with a busy and rapidly expanding manufacturing company who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 08.30 5pm (4.30 on Fridays) Duties include: - Customer relationship management Process orders received via email Promote new products Liaise with Supply chain and Warehouse to maximise order book fulfilment Develop good working relationships internal departments Handle complaints professionally Our client is keen to consider entry level applicants who are willing to learn and progress within a well-established company. No experienced required however, a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential for this entry level role.
