Contract ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-site Contract Recruitment Manager role based in Cumbernauld.To manage an on-site operation at our client sites in Cumbernauld. The contract is part of an established National Contract, providing temporary labour to meet the fluctuating needs of their driving and Industrial business.Salary up to £30,000 OTEThe role of the Contract Manager is to provide the highest possible levels of customer service to our contractors, clients, and internal colleagues.As Contract Manager your duties will include:- Daily planning and scheduling to ensure fulfilment and any extra requirements are met-Client relationship building- Achievement of KPI's and SLA's- Management, recruitment, and motivation of temporary employees- Induction and training of temporary employeesOn a day-to-day basis you will need to manage the changing operational needs of the client reacting effectively to deliver value. This is a multi-tasking role, which requires a level head and the ability to be highly organised and efficient.Responsibilities include:- Meeting KPI's and building strong relationships with key contacts, whilst valuing business needs- Establishing robust recruitment and selection processes for drivers and warehouse workers- Monitoring attendance, sickness, lateness and managing the process to ensure compliance- Attending client operational reviews and meetings as required- Actively manage all HR elements of employing a temporary workforceThe ideal candidate will have:- Experience in Contract / Industrial recruitment and / or management of an on-site operation- A proven track record showing ability to take ownership and using initiative to improve performance- Experience in team management and ability to increase motivation- A friendly, flexible attitude and be self-motivated with a commitment to lead by example in a results orientated environment.The successful candidate will be flexible in their working hours, although there is a night service to manage out of hours activity there will be an expectation to deal with issues over a weekend or evening.
