CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER / REMOTE WORKING / UP TO £35,000 PA DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible Client Success Manager to work directly with our clients to deliver our amazing experiences. This is a hugely rewarding role where your work will help transform our client s understanding of what it is like to live with a life-limiting condition. The Method is a learning & development company whose founders brought method-acting techniques from the world of theatre to the corporate training space. In 2018 we created A Life In A Day (ALIAD) for the global healthcare sector, since then the programme has doubled the company s revenue. We ve developed our own multi award-winning interactive app, which combines with live, real-time interaction to lead participants through a challenging day of immersive experiences designed to create deep understanding and empathy for a range of life-limiting health conditions. We have been a fully remote company since 2016 and the current team of 20 staff work from their home offices across the UK. What s on Offer? Highly Competitive Salary of £35,000 per annum Remote Working with occasional travel into London as the business requires. Company Laptop, and direct phone line for business usage (accessible via laptop) Flexible working hours. The core business hours are 9am 6pm, with out of hours work required at times, however we can offer flexibility around the working hours provided the job responsibilities are fulfilled (quality of work, timescales, and meeting commitments). Private Health Care on successful completion of probation period 28 days holiday including public holidays & up to 10 days paid sick leave (pro rata for FTE) Key Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager: Acting as the main point of contact on key accounts, engaging with stakeholders to deliver requirements Managing the client relationships, seeking referral opportunities Liaising with our global clients to implement the experience (via audio or video calls globally) Co-ordinating all elements of the live event to ensure a beginning to end quality experience Monitoring the scheduling of live experiences, working with Head of Delivery, to secure the right resources including equipment, actors Keeping client files fully up to date as a resource for all members of the team Skills & Experience Required: The ideal candidate for this role will have: Track record in event management and client facing roles Track record of engaging with multiple stakeholders including client, supplier, senior management Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Confident coordination and administration of external suppliers/partners Experience managing and tracking budgets desirable Agency experience (marketing / communications or events) highly desirable Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience useful Tech experience useful (our programme is delivered through a bespoke mobile app) Tertiary / Higher education qualification Excellent MS office package skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. And the candidate must be able to: Work remotely independently with ability to integrate with core teams within the business Work flexible hours (unsociable hours will be required at times) Plan and reprioritise workload based on client/internal requirements Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external to the business) What s Next?
