Bookkepper Sheffield £23,500 to £25,000 plus benefitsMy client is a fast growing Property company based in offices in Sheffield city centre. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their busy team. The role is varied and would suit someone who is happy working in medium sized business and working in a fast paced environment. Whilst experience of working in property is ideal, it is not essential for this role and full training will be given. This role could be ideal for an indivdual currently working in practice and looking to make the move into industry. Key areas of Responsibility Include: Inputting Purchase invoices Preparation of monthly accounts up to trial balance level Quarterly VAT reporting Reviewing service charge reconciliations Assisting with setting new service charge budgets Rent reconciliation and payment Reviewing budget versus actual expenditure with the Property Manager Any ad hoc tasks as requestedThe Person You will have a proven track record in Bookkeeping either within industry or practice and be looking to continue this. Knowledge of QUBE system would be ideal however not essential. Excellent working environment for the right individual and fabulous city centre location.
