The newly created Ardonagh Academy supports our business strategies of developing high potential employees and potential employees through h maximising their entre/ intra preneurialship and developing their skills of sustainable leadership

Purpose of the Role: - To lead a small team to deliver the Ardoangh Academy Strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience of training delivery and creation of training materials
  • Experience of running regular series of events
  • Experience of managing a team delivering remote services, such as training management
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced performance target driven environment,
  • Experience developing successful programs, working with partners and providing a fantastic participants experience

Person Specification:

  • You are both passionate and knowledgeable about learning and development, with a sound knowledge of L&D models, techniques, and practise.
  • Have proven experience in the effective design and implementation of management development and capability programmes.
  • Can work in a Matrix style to build effective relationships across the business to ensure that development is delivered continually throughout the employee journey.
  • Have a curiosity about talent and a desire to ensure that all our development is supporting the management team to become high performing.
