Our Client works in conjunction with household names to develop a range of products and brands. The very artistic in-house invention development and design team work closely with the carefully selected suppliers who produce all of the products to exacting European safety and ethical standards.

Duties for the role of Administrator:

  • Based in a busy admin office, the role will be responsible for the admin on various types of accounts
  • Processing customers orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition of orders to despatch
  • Ensure orders are completed to the customers specification and update portals along the way

Experience required for the Administrator:

  • Highly organised able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to manage their own work load, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible attitude and used to workign as part of a team
  • Intermediate Excel skills to include V-Look ups and Pivot Tables
  • Previoulsy worked I an Adminsitration role

Working hours and Benefits package:

  • Working hours are 7.30am - 4.00pm Mon - Thurs with 1 hour lunch and Fri 7.30am - 12.30pm with no lunch break
  • Salary is paying circa £21,500 per annum
  • 25 days holiday per year + 8 Bank holidays
