Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next challenge? Your next employer, based in St Helens are looking for you to join their team as an Administrator/ Accounts Assistant ASAP on a full-time basis with a starting salary to be negotiated. You will be working for a well-established, reputable Transport and storage company that has been established for over 30 Years. What will I be doing as an Accounts Assistant: Processing all financial data and transactions through Sage Line 50 accountancy software Preparing VAT returns Reconciling accounts Preparation of invoices General Bookkeeping duties Purchase Ledger. We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: A minimum of 2 years as an Accounts Assistant or similar role within a busy office. Experience using Sage Line 50 accounting software Excellent attention to detail Great communication at all levels Solution driven Very confident and outgoing Strong IT capability (Excel, Word and Outlook) Organised
