2nd Line Support Analyst with SQL Server experience needed for our Bradford based client.
Working in a small I.T. team, you'll be providing technical customer support for our clients in-house developed products.
There isn't a long list of requirements for the role, however we will require at least 2 years previous experience within Customer Support or as a Technical Support Analyst providing application support in a second- or third-line capacity, as well as SQL Server experience within a production environment for at least 12 months, with the ability to create and execute SQL statements and interpret the results.
The role is office based with scope to perform software installations and data imports, manage data backups, performing software installations, as well as data migration and conversion tasks.
